In September 2023 we announced BEVA membership is going digital by default. Dave Rendle explains what this means for your membership.
In addition to providing you with the tools, resources and support to thrive in equine veterinary practice, we are actively working to reduce our impact on the environment. Printing and distributing EVE and EVJ has a considerable carbon footprint. In August this year we therefore made the change to digital by default, meaning everyone who currently receives printed copies of our journals which will switch to a digital membership when they renew.
There is still an option to add printed journals to your membership. Journal subscriptions will cost £25 annually per journal for a 2023 - 2024 membership.
As a BEVA member you have access to EVE and EVJ via the Wiley Online Library. The library hosts every single article that has ever been published in our journals.
You can access the journal articles by logging in here.
To ensure you are kept up to date with the most recently published articles, we send out a table of contents alert when a new issue is published. If you are not currently receiving these emails and would like to, please contact us.
You can also download the Wiley Online Library app. To use the app, login using your BEVA website password via the society login option.
