BEVA’s Christmas Cracker, held at the London International Horse Show, was the perfect way to wrap up 2024.
This two-day event combined unique learning opportunities with festive fun, and made it all the more likely that it will become an annual feature in the BEVA calendar. With an interactive programme packed full of insights from leading experts, attendees explored challenging pre-purchase examination topics including the value of different imaging techniques and approaches, and the relevance of cardiac and upper respiratory findings. Renowned names, including "Spike' Milligan, Rachel Read, Dickie Hepburn, Vanessa Peter and Emmanuelle Van Erck provided practical tips, case discussions, and sparked lively debates on performance evaluation.
The event wasn’t all work, though—there was plenty of time to connect and unwind. The wine reception on Thursday evening allowed attendees to catch up with friends alongside the warm-up arena. BEVA also partnered with the London International Horse Show to offer discounted access to its famous evening performances and buzzing shopping village.
