Summary of the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Bransby Horses as a Practice Manager.

The Practice Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the veterinary practice. This includes but is not limited to forward planning of veterinary provision, coordination and administration of veterinary health care, medicines and consumable purchasing, stringent stock control of drugs, financial management and health and safety. This role will ensure that the veterinary practice is managed efficiently in line with legislation, regulations and Bransby Horses procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years proven management experience

• Worked within, or closely with, a veterinary practice

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Please note this role will require participation in the Equine Point of Contact rota, to include some evening and weekend work.

This is a full time permanent role at 37.5 hours per week, salary Grade 3a (actual £37,944 - £40,984 per annum).
