We are excited to offer a vacancy for an Equine vet to join us at our friendly, independent Clinic based in North Wales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious equine veterinary surgeon to join our friendly progressive team. We are a first opinion ambulatory and clinic based equine practice in St Asaph, North Wales. Facilities include full operating facilities with separate knockdown box, 3m gastroscope, URT scope, digital x-ray and ultrasound, dental kits, AI stocks, shockwave and inpatient facilities for 6 horses/ponies. We have a very varied caseload, as well as friendly clients and excellent lay staff.
Good communication skills are essential. The candidate would ideally have 1-2 years equine experience but competent new graduates will also be considered.
The position can be either part or full time; full time would include a 4.5 day working week, with a day off after a weekend worked, and a 1 in 4 out of hours’ rota.
CPD supported and actively encouraged. Van and phone provided.
