05 Nov 2024 BEVA

We are pleased to announce a newly created opportunity for a Senior Equine Veterinary Nurse to join our thriving Equine Division at CVS Group. This will be a 12 month secondment with the potential to extend for the right candidate. The main focus of the role will be to contribute to the clinical strategy for nursing within the Equine Division, working closely with the Chief Veterinary Nursing Officer and Equine Development Lead to ensure alignment of clinical aims and delivery of key objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for you to have your say and contribute to the Equine Clinical Advisory Committees, overseeing a clinical framework that drives best practice and collaboration across the nursing community.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified RVN with experience in leading teams and delivering change. You will be highly proactive and driven to succeed, with the ability to communicate clearly with a range of people at differing levels, deploying a range of techniques to do this effectively.

This position will form an addition to your current nursing role, requiring approximately one day a week of time allocated towards it. The position requires flexibility to travel to our Equine sites when required.
