13 Dec 2024 BEVA

Full or Part Time Veterinary Surgeon (minimal OOH)

Negotiable salary depending on experience

Due to maternity leave and growth we are seeking a permanent experienced ambulatory vet to join our team. The role is flexible and is open to someone with at least two years' experience in a similar role (not an Intern) or even a managerial / clinical mixed position.

We care passionately about our Team (8 vets) to ensure they have an enjoyable work life balance – planned admin time, shorter days, good social/team time and minimal OOH (1:10 weekends).

You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical knowledge by seeing diverse cases through and assist with elective surgical cases. Being part of a large equine group, you will also have the support from world renowned specialists throughout the UK.

We are a very busy 100% equine practice with full in-house surgical facilities, based in semi-rural Berkshire, supported by a fantastic team and offer a highly attractive salary with extensive flexible benefits.

Package and benefits: Competitive salary package, assistance with relocation where appropriate, Funded CPD, Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Pay, up to 7 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays with our Buy and Sell Holiday Scheme, Company pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme (24 hour helpline to support you and your immediate family when you need it the most).
