The Opportunity
Sussex Coast Vets comprises of three branches set in the charming seaside towns of Bexhill and Hastings on the South Coast of England. We are looking for an inspiring leader who is passionate about delivering excellent clinical and client care whilst promoting the best practice culture for our brilliant team. As Clinical Director your role will be split between delivering clinical care and being responsible for the day-to-day operations, and performance of the practice. You will be supported by your Practice Manager, Head Nurses, and a wider team of vets, experienced nurses, and support staff.
A Flexible Role that Works for You
This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days depending on your preference. You will work 1:4 Saturdays but no OOH nights or Sundays are required.

Sussex Coast is equipped with the full range of diagnostic and laboratory equipment, digital x-ray, Doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, blood analysers and much more.
Our vets offer a wealth of experience with several certificate holders including surgery, cardiology, medicine, and ophthalmology and one of our vets has a keen interest in exotics.
East Sussex is an area steeped in history, with beautiful countryside, stunning coastline, and an abundance of choice within the arts, sports, and leisure scenes, with something to suit everyone! We also have the convenience of great links to Brighton, London, and Gatwick airport. Brighton: 45 minutes by car and train, Central London: 1hr by train, Gatwick Airport: 1hr by car and train.
